Professional Summary

Maureen joined SUHI in March 2015 as a research assistant on Helping Chicago’s Westside Adults Breathe and Thrive (HCWABT). This HUD-funded study utilizes the Community Health Worker model to help improve asthma control and quality of life among adults with poorly controlled asthma living on Chicago’s Westside.


In addition to HCWABT, she assists in the evaluation of Sinai's behavioral health programs by developing protocols, creating and implementing data collection systems, and supporting the dissemination of findings. She is currently working toward her MPH in Epidemiology from UIC and expects to graduate in December 2019.
