The SMG Psychiatry Center offers a wide array of consumer-driven and culturally sensitive outpatient and residential psychiatric and mental health services to youth and adults, including psychiatry assessments, medication maintenance and individual and small group therapy.

The continuum of care spans from specialized 24/7 crisis intervention services to outpatient and community-based clinical services to supportive residential care for adults. All SMG Psychiatry Center outpatient and residential programs are accredited by CARF, the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Services are funded, in part, by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health.
