Access Community Health Network/Grand Boulevard Family Health Center
Grand Boulevard Family Health Center offers comprehensive services, provided by an internist and a physician assistant who both use ASL, for deaf and hard-of-hearing adults and children. David Ebert, MD,, a board-certified internist, works with physician assistant Nisha Deshpande, PA-C, to provide physicals, immunizations, gynecological exams, and confidential HIV testing and counseling.
Referrals to additional services are provided through Mount Sinai Hospital's Deaf Access Program.
