Part of Sinai Health System, Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital offers a three-year residency program in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Residents gain exposure to the full spectrum of rehabilitation health care, from spinal cord injuries to stroke, orthopedic and amputation rehabilitation.

  • Rheumatology Outpatient Clinic at University of Illinois
  • Neurosurgery Outpatient Clinic at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital
  • Spasticity Clinic at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital
  • Chronic Pain Management at the University of Chicago
  • Electrodiagnosis at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Roseland Community Hospital, Union Clinic in Chicago

  • Electrodiagnosis at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Evanston Hospital, Jessie Brown Veterans’ Affairs Hospital, University of Illinois
  • Subacute Rehabilitation at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital
  • Inpatient Rehabilitation Consults at Level 1 Trauma Center, Mount Sinai Hospital
  • Chronic Pain Elective
  • Choice of Electives (8 weeks)
