Our Mission
Extended Services provides a disability resource for hospital staff, patients, and community members by providing information, resources and services to promote positive community reintegration for people with disabilities.
We fulfill this mission through education, mentoring, research and advocacy.

The overarching goal of the Extended Services Department at Schwab is to empower individuals with
disabilities from the surrounding communities to successfully reintegrate back into their communities
and achieve their highest level of independence and their highest quality of life.
