DESCRIPTION: To assist and follow through with patient treatment programs designed by physical therapist, in order to facilitate patient’s attainment of maximum potential. To supervise Physical Therapist Assistant Students and Aides. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an accredited two year Physical Therapist Assistant Program. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills to work adequately with other health care professionals and to establish therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
