Job Description :
GENERAL SUMMARY/BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB: Maintains the Program Evaluation system; ensures timely completion and submission of patient data for payment and benchmarking; provides outcome data to administration and leadership for purposes of performance and quality improvement. MINIMUM EDUCATION: • High School Diploma or equivalent; related college-level coursework preferred. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: • Prior clinical experience preferably in a rehabilitation clinical setting (knowledge of FIM scoring desirable) KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources. • Knowledge of basic computer technology including database management, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation development and other PC-related software. REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: • Certified Nurse Aide or Medical Assistant desired.
