Job Description :
Outreach Coordinator You will be responsible for developing new referral relationships with organizations and individuals. You will also maintain and improve existing referral relationships. Other duties will include visiting referral sources, developing a calendar of events, assessing patients and completing weekly/monthly activity reports. To qualify, candidates must have a college education with rehabilitation and sales/marketing experience preferred. Current State of Illinois Driver's License required. Knowledge of health care (and medical terminology) preferred.
