Family Medicine

With our team, every patient matters—we diagnosis and treat a full range health conditions and problems, emphasizing prevention and wellness.

Our Family Medicine program features a superior medical team who provide individualized primary care. Primary care is the medical attention that physicians provide to individuals with undiagnosed signs, symptoms, or health concerns in any part of the body. Primary care includes maintaining health, preventing disease, counseling, educating, diagnosing and treating illnesses in a variety of settings.

Our family medicine doctors diagnose and treat many kinds of health concerns, chronic diseases and acute illnesses for patients of all ages and sexes. We also have supspecialists in geriatrics and palliative care, and a number of our doctors treat patients in nursing homes and long-term settings, such as assisted living facilities.

Our office procedures include:

  • Age-appropriate cancer screenings
  • Childhood school physicals
  • Cholesterol screenings
  • Depression screenings
  • Diabetes screenings
  • Geriatric evaluation and fall prevention
  • Immunizations
  • Joint injections
  • Skin biopsies
  • Women’s health procedures and screenings

Our patients have access to health professionals who are highly-skilled in coordinating individualized care within our department and with all specialties within the Sinai Health System. Our goal is to keep our patients healthy and prevent disease from happening.
