The Sinai Tomorrow Project
The Sinai Tomorrow Project is a bold and visionary undertaking to revitalize Sinai’s campus. Through the addition of four major facility components, we hope to provide high-quality care in a more cost-effective and efficient manor, anchoring Mount Sinai as the national model of urban health care and spurring continued economic development within Sinai’s service area.
Sinai Tomorrow: The Campaign for a Healthier Chicago
Designed to revitalize Sinai’s campus, the Sinai Tomorrow Project includes four major facility components: a new outpatient care pavilion, a new inpatient pavilion, renovation and expansion of selected preexisting Sinai campus facilities and stimulated development of mixed-income housing in Lawndale with the Chicago Housing Authority.
How to Help
The Sinai Tomorrow Project is estimated to cost approximately $240 million, funded through a combination of equity, charitable donations and the proceeds from federally guaranteed, tax-exempt bonds. The philanthrophic goal for this project is $20 million—a big challenge during these economic times, but a challenge Sinai’s Board of Directors feel is worth the effort.
Your generous support will not only transform Sinai and its surrounding community, but it will also create a measurable and lasting impact on the delivery of health care on Chicago’s west side.
