Annual Report 2013:  A healthcare community of 1,542,214

The 2013 annual report takes the reader on a journey from the population of 1.5 million people in Sinai Health System’s primary and secondary service areas, to the patient-centered medical homes and quality care that are expressions of population health for specific patients.

The report illustrates how every member organization of Sinai Health System contributes to improving the health of individuals and communities we serve: Sinai Medical Group, Mount Sinai Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital, Sinai Children’s Hospital, Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Sinai Medical Group, Sinai Community Institute and Sinai Urban Health Institute.

Annual Report 2012: Transforming lives

Over the last decade, Sinai has systematically elevated our quality of care to meet or exceed top national standards.  The Sinai Health System Annual Report 2012 demonstrates this commitment to quality and to maximize the incredible potential of the individuals and communities we are proud to serve.

Sinai Health System transforms lives, providing unique care and interventions that match the circumstances of patients and communities, transforming lives in spite of what can be daunting circumstances.  Stories in the 2012 Annual Report illustrate a dedication to improving health and expanding possibilities whether managing diabetes, embracing life after a stroke, or finding life possibilities when there appear to be none. At Sinai, we strongly believe that your support has enabled us and will enable us to press forward in the quality of health of our communities.
